Bev is a Newcastle-based Sports Physiotherapist and competitive strongwoman who specialises in helping strength athletes rehab properly and return to heavy training with confidence.

Competing since 2019 and representing Australia on the world stage, Bev understands first-hand the demands of strength sport — and the frustration of injuries that interrupt progress.

She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), is completing a Master of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy, and brings over eight years of coaching experience working with lifters from beginners to national-level competitors.

Bev specialises in low back and shoulder injuries in strength athletes, bridging the gap between early rehab and full performance.

Her philosophy is simple:

Keep what you can.
Modify what you must.
Rebuild what you’re missing.

Because the goal isn’t just recovery — it’s resilience under load.
